Previously i have compare B*y Residence and Queen Residences. I have make a final decision to buy 950sqft 2 rooms unit as our Holiday Home with my wife as the price is acceptable and low density in this location with Freehold Title , QB Mall and Seaview. As compare the location is lesser traffic jam compare to Condo Nearby Giant & Sunshine Mart
Hazziz is a PHD Lecture in both Computer Science and IT at USM. He been purchased 1400sqft –
3 rooms units Queen Residences Q2 for family stay and able to take care his children for school and at the same time he enjoy the lifestyle & easy access with his family at QB area location.
A director that has been set up company at Suntech for 16 years. Linda said she like Queens Residence Layout and Location .She chose Dual Key Unit as 1 unit can rent out and the other unit for own stay.Everyday she just need 5 minutes to travel to Office without traffic jam in the morning.
